Contract logistics
For customers who need certainty rather than spot quotes — annual rate contracts with committed placement, dedicated fleets and agreed service levels.
The arrangement
Annual contracts with committed capacity
Under a yearly rate contract, vehicles are earmarked to your account. Drivers become familiar with your gate and safety protocol, rates stay predictable through the contract term, and placement stops being a daily negotiation.
For plants running to a production schedule, the value is not the rate — it is knowing the vehicle will be at the gate.
- Guaranteed daily or monthly vehicle placement
- Dedicated fleet parked at or near the customer plant
- Plant-to-plant, plant-to-warehouse and line-feed runs
- Defined SLAs on placement, transit time and POD closure
- Monthly MIS pack and quarterly performance review
- Escalation matrix with named owners at each level
Monthly MIS pack
- Placement adherence against commitment
- Transit time performance by lane
- Exception log with root cause
- Detention and demurrage summary
- Cost summary and rate variance
- Open items and corrective actions
Issued in the first week of every month, followed by a review call. Customers with a contract also receive a daily status email on all open consignments.

A lane-wise rate card with a written SOP, escalation matrix and agreed KPI definitions.
